NCB Freelance is an online platform that gives businesses the ability to post requests for outsourced services to skilled individuals and freelancers. Services requested can come from multiple disciplines and fields of work. The portal also serves as a source for NCB to find entrepreneurs and businesses that have the capacity to work on projects across multiple disciplines. Available projects/gigs are posted by partnered businesses. Browsing freelancers can then submit bids to compete for the contract and the winning bidder can then use the platform to communicate with the business. Payment is administered upon completion of the contract.
